.DISCUSSION...
Elevated fire weather concerns over the next few days mainly west
of the Laramie Range across Carbon and Albany Co where afternoon
RHs will drop into the teens, however fuels remain non-critical.
Winds will be on the lighter side Tuesday outside of gusty,
erratic winds in the vicinity of late afternoon isolated dry
thunderstorms near the higher terrain along the Wyoming/Colorado
border. Stronger winds arrive Wednesday and Thursday with
scattered showers Wednesday, increasing in coverage farther east
with wetting rainfall more likely over the Nebraska panhandle.
