...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL LARAMIE COUNTY
THROUGH 645 PM MDT...

At 602 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Warren AFB, or near Cheyenne, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cheyenne, South Greeley Highway, Fox Farm-College, Cheyenne Regional
Airport, Frontier Park, Warren AFB, South Cheyenne, Winchester Hills,
Bison Crossing, Cowboy Ranch South, and Grass Hills.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 1 and 13.
 Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 355 and 368.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Cheyenne.
