  Des Moines River near Stratford affecting Hamilton, Webster and
  Boone Counties.

  Des Moines River at Des Moines SE 6th St affecting Polk County.

  Raccoon River at Des Moines Fleur Dr affecting Polk County.

  North Raccoon River near Perry affecting Greene and Dallas
  Counties.

...The Flood Watch continues for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Black Hawk Creek at Hudson affecting Black Hawk county.

  power dam...to Lehigh.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon to early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Water affects lowland areas near the river
  and threatens residences along the river in Fort Dodge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 7.5 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached tomorrow afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 10.5 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 13.3 feet, SW 30th St is closed from George Flagg
  Parkway to Bell Ave. George Flagg Parkway is closed from SW 30th
  St to SW 28th St.

  - At 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 6.2 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early Thursday
    afternoon.

* WHERE...The North Raccoon River near Perry, or from the
  Greene-Dallas County line...to Adel.

* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects the wastewater treatment
  facility as well as agricultural land in the Perry area. Near
  Adel...water affects the fairgrounds and golf course. Northwest of
  Adel...water affects Sportsman Club Rd and Midland Trl.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 8.8 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached Thursday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 17.8 feet, Water affects the lower Ledges road. Water
  also affects 155th St east of Fraser and Juniper Rd north of
  Fraser.
  At 18.8 feet, Water affects the 400 block of Juniper Rd...west of
  Fraser. Water also affects the 1100 block of 155th St...east of
  Fraser.
  At 19.0 feet, Water affects 157th St on the west side of Fraser.

  - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.1 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached Thursday afternoon.

  Water affects portions of other bike trails.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 20.7 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

  Hawk-Grundy County line...to the Cedar River in Waterloo.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Storm sewers in Waterloo back up.
  At 14.0 feet, Water affects Watters Rd. Some residential
  evacuations may be needed. Water also affects Ridgeway Ave at US
  63 in Waterloo.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.0 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early tomorrow
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
