The areas affected include...
  Harbor Beach to Port Sanilac MI...
  Port Sanilac to Port Huron MI...

At 329 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms, capable of
producing winds up to 25 knots. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Port Sanilac to near Lexington to
near Lakeport, moving northeast at 20 knots.

Other locations impacted by strong thunderstorms include
