  North Skunk River near Sigourney affecting Keokuk County.

  Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near Anamosa Shaw Rd.

* WHEN...Until early Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, Jungle Town Road is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will remain around 16.5 feet through
    early Wednesday morning before falling. It will fall below
    flood stage early Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.5 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow evening and continue falling to 8.3 feet

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.3
    feet early Tuesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
