.DISCUSSION...Below normal temperatures are expected today through Saturday
as a dry trough slides into the northern Great Basin by Saturday. A deeper
marine layer over the North Coast region and higher humidities are expected
today. Fog and low clouds will push deeper inland tonight as northwesterly
breezes strengthen behind a decaying front. Otherwise, temperatures
will warm back up above normal Sunday and Monday as a broad and flat
ridge builds and a northerly wind regime strengthens.
