southern Whitfield, Gordon and northwestern Bartow Counties through

At 330 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was over Oostanaula, or near
Calhoun. This storm was nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Winds up to 40 mph and nickel sized hail.

IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
light, unsecured objects.
