.DISCUSSION...

The sun returns today and with it temps will climb into the upper
60s and low 70s across the area. Minimum humidities should drop into
the 30s and 40s during the afternoon. Southeast winds will get a
little breezy Wednesday afternoon, especially along and west of the
Red River Valley with a few gusts of 25 to 30 mph, highest speeds
will be across the Devils Lake basin. Another round of rainfall is
expected Thursday into Thursday night with more chances over the
weekend.
