FOR NORTH CENTRAL BUENA VISTA AND SOUTHERN CLAY COUNTIES...
At 803 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Greenville, or
near Spencer In Clay County, moving southeast at 20 mph.
THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR ROYAL.
HAZARD...Three inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 754 PM, A TRAINED SPOTTER
REPORTED 3 INCH HAIL 3 MILES WEST OF ROYAL.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
siding, and vehicles.

Webb and Greenville around 810 PM CDT.
