* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, moderate lowland flooding below Easterly
is expected.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 22.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 19.3 feet
