...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Fannin and Grayson counties in North Texas.

* WHEN...Until 1145 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will likely cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Low lying and/or poor drainage areas will
    experience minor flooding in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Sherman, Bonham, Whitesboro, Denison, Van Alstyne, Howe,
    Pottsboro, Leonard, Honey Grove, Collinsville, Whitewright,
    Gunter, Bells, Tom Bean, Savoy, Ector, Trenton, Dodd City,
    Knollwood and Ravenna.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
