Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

  Chambers Creek Near Rice affecting Navarro County.

  Walnut Creek Near Mansfield affecting Tarrant County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Walnut Creek near Mansfield.

* WHEN...Until late this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Moderate flooding will occur along the
  creek through Mansfield, downstream of Joe Pool Lake. At 22 feet,
  Retta Road, North Street, Walnut Creek Road, and Magnolia Road are
  all flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 9.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 21.6 feet
    early this morning. It will then fall below flood stage early
    this morning to 14.0 feet this morning. It will rise to 14.9
    feet late this morning. It will then fall to 8.5 feet late
    this afternoon. It will rise to 9.3 feet tomorrow morning. It
    will then fall again and remain below flood stage.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING TO LATE TOMORROW
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Chambers Creek near Rice.

* WHEN...From this morning to late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur
  along the creek. This will be a problem for some cattle and farm
  industries.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 20.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
    morning to 24.3 feet this evening. It will then fall below
    flood stage late this evening to 22.9 feet tomorrow morning.
    It will rise to 23.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will
    then fall again and remain below flood stage.
