In south central Nebraska, Hall and Hamilton. * WHEN...Until 945 AM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 152 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in underpasses in and around Grand Island. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Underpasses in and around Grand Island are the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
