...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN PHILLIPS...SOUTHWESTERN
FRANKLIN AND SOUTHERN HARLAN COUNTIES THROUGH 930 AM CDT...

At 840 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Woodruff, or 20 miles north of Phillipsburg, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Woodruff around 845 AM CDT.

Other locations in the path of this storm include Republican City,
Harlan County Dam and Naponee.
