.DISCUSSION...A late spring storm will drive a cold front across
the project area tonight with rain and snow showers becoming
likely. The system remains overhead Tuesday so precipitation
chances remain high throughout the day with isolated thunderstorms
possible. Temperatures will be markedly cooler and moisture
levels higher. Drying occurs Tuesday night and Wednesday, with
temperatures trending warmer by close to 10 degrees.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (65-75 percent). Rain showers
                    and snow showers likely and slight chance of
                    thunderstorms in the morning, then chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................60 percent.
Max temperature.....50-55.
Min humidity........21-26 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds 5 to 10 mph increasing to 10 to 15
                    mph with gusts to 25 mph in the afternoon.
                    Gusty and erratic winds expected near
                    thunderstorms.
