...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 PM CDT...

For the following areas...

Nearshore waters from Washington Island to Sheboygan...

At 955 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 nm northwest of Marinette to 7 nm southwest of
Sturgeon Bay to Two Creeks, moving northeast at 55 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Kewaunee Pierhead Light, Rawley Point Light, Two Rivers, Sturgeon Bay
Ship Canal Light, Detroit Island, Manitowoc, Cana Island Light,
Rowleys Bay, Whitefish Point, and Algoma.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for northeastern
and east central Wisconsin...and the adjacent waters of Lake
Michigan.

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
