Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin

Mostly clear to partly cloudy skies prevailed across the region
overnight. Temperatures ranged from the middle 40s to the middle
50s.

A weak frontal boundary is forecast to settle over the northern
Great Lakes and bring a a slight chance of showers to northern
Wisconsin by early afternoon. Meanwhile, there is also a slight
chance of showers across parts of central Wisconsin due to an
increase in instability. Otherwise, partly cloudy skies can be
expected today with high temperatures in the 70s.

Any shower activity is expected to diminish early this evening.
Most of tonight will be dry, although the next round of showers
will be approaching central Wisconsin toward daybreak. Lows
tonight to range from the lower to middle 40s over far northeast
Wisconsin, to the lower 50s over central and east-central
Wisconsin.

Showers and thunderstorms are forecast to overspread the region on
Friday as a cold front and upper-level disturbance sweep across
the Upper Midwest. A few of these storms may become strong Friday
afternoon south of Highway 29. Highs on Friday will be in the
middle 60s to lower 70s.
