  Southeastern Elbert County in northeastern Georgia...
  South central Abbeville County in Upstate South Carolina...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 612 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 16 miles east of
  Elberton, or over Lake Strom Thurmond, moving southeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
           damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Bobby Brown State Park, Lake Strom Thurmond, Richard B Russell Dam,
  Rice Town, Bobby Brown State Recreation Area, Calhoun Falls, and
  Lake Russell.
