Waters from Freeport to Matagorda Ship Channel TX from 20 to 60 NM...

At 123 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over East Breaks
228, moving southeast at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

East Breaks 228, Galveston A250, Buoy 42019, and Brazos A85.
