...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR EASTERN WHITLEY COUNTY IS
CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the warned
area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM EDT for south central
and southeastern Kentucky.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for
southeastern Kentucky.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM EDT
FOR BELL AND EASTERN KNOX COUNTIES...

At 211 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Ice Cliff to Rella to near Noetown, moving east
at 50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
  Pineville and Cubage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM EDT for south central
and southeastern Kentucky.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
