...AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Lake Pontchartrain and Lake Maurepas...

At 334 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated an outflow boundary, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This boundary of gusty winds
was located along a line extending from 14 nm north of Mandeville to
11 nm west of Lake Maurepas, moving east at 25 knots.

Mariners can expect widespread gusty winds to around 30 knots and
higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this
activity passes.
