...Elevated flows are expected to continue on many streams and
creeks due to runoff from snow covered mountains...

Runoff from melting high elevation snow pack will continue this week
even as temperatures dip to at or below normal levels. With the
anticipated runoff, some area rivers and creeks will see enhanced
flows. If and when river gauge water levels reach action stage or
higher, additional hydrologic products will be issued.

Outdoor enthusiasts should use caution as the water is very cold
and a person could be swept away by the fast flowing water.$$
