An upper level low will sweep through the Great Basin Sunday night into Monday. This pattern change will lead to weak to moderate offshore flow over the higher terrain. As a result, gradual drying is expected with lower humidity recovers. Winds will be strongest over the North and East Bay mountains. The marine layer will also be more disrupted tonight and early Monday. Otherwise, a slight warming trend is expected through mid- week with less stratus.
