...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and the Panhandle of Texas,
  including the following counties, in northwest Texas, Cottle and
  Motley. In the Panhandle of Texas, Briscoe, Childress and Hall.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 903 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has
    fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Childress, Paducah, Matador, Cee Vee, Northfield, Tell,
    Swearingen, Kirkland and Flomot.
