The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Johnson County in western Arkansas...
  Southwestern Van Buren County in north central Arkansas...
  North central Conway County in central Arkansas...
  Central Pope County in central Arkansas...

* Until 815 PM CDT.

* At 731 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Dover, or 12 miles north of Russellville, moving
  east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.
