.DISCUSSION...High pressure will gradually shift east Monday as an
upper trough  approaches. Expect continued warm temperatures Monday.
There is a 5-15% chance of thunderstorms over northern California
Monday afternoon and evening. The upper trough will move in Tuesday,
bringing a cooling trend and gusty afternoon winds. There is also a
chance for showers over Coos and Douglas Counties and a 10-20% chance
of thunderstorms east of the Cascades again on Tuesday. Gusty winds are
expected again east of the Cascades late  Wednesday. A high pressure
ridge returns and conditions warm and dry towards the end of the week.
