.DISCUSSION...As an upper level disturbance moves through the area today,
showers and storms will be possible once again for areas east of the Cascades.
In addition, a few showers will be possible along the coast, Umpqua, and in
the Cascades. Additionally, winds will be breezy to gusty late this afternoon
and evening, especially east of the Cascades. It will trend cooler mid week
before temperatures warm up towards the end of the week. There is low chance
of wetting rain west of the Cascades on Sunday.
