burn (Wed at 8 AM), but shortly after the inversion mixes out
(~11 AM), those wind speeds will become more dominate out of the
west/northwest. By the afternoon (~2-8 PM), those speeds will
peak out of the northwest but remain under 5 mph at eye level.
Expecting RH values to bottom out around 20-25% tomorrow afternoon
under plenty of sunshine.
