At 1259 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking an outflow boundary along
a line extending from near Snow Hill to near Harrells. Movement was
southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
