.DISCUSSION...

Dry and warm conditions are expected today, with highs climbing to
near 70 and RH values dipping to near 25%. Southerly winds are
expected to be light and less than 10 mph today; however model
soundings suggest that late this afternoon and early evening,
the tail end of daytime mixing may support wind gusts increasing to
15 mph at times.

Tonight, good RH recoveries are expected under an inversion.
Southerly winds as continue as a more moist airmass begins building
into the region for Friday.
