...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Gusty onshore winds redeveloping today and the marine layer will
remain deep. Only subtle weather changes today and Monday as
seasonally cool conditions persist with breezy to gusty onshore
flow. Then a strong high pressure system will bring a notable
warming and drying trend beginning Tuesday and will linger through
Thursday possibly Friday.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Rain will continue to intensify and spread south along the coast
this evening and Monday morning. A period of moderate to heavy
rainfall is expected in Del Norte County and northern Humboldt
early Monday. Rainfall total amounts of 1.2 to 2.2 inches in Del
Norte and 0.2 to 1.0 inches in Humboldt. Lesser amounts of trace to
0.2 inches is most likely on the Mendocino coast and in the
interior. Short lived southerly winds gusting up to 30 mph will
accompany the rain. Summer will quickly return by mid next week,
especially for Lake and Mendocino Counties with temperatures over
100 and RH below 20 percent.
