Increasingly northerly flow will bring drier air to the burn site Tuesday with poor daytime humidity retention. Overnight humidity recoveries will be decent as weak onshore flow returns. A nearly mixed out marine layer will prevent overcast low level clouds from reaching the burn site Tuesday night into Wednesday but the development of a few low level clouds is possible. By Wednesday, fair daytime humidity retention returns as winds become more southerly. Probabilistic guidance suggests maximum gusts between 15 to 20 mph are the most likely scenario Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons with increasing likelihood of gusts greater than 15 mph developing after 4PM. .REST OF TODAY...
