.DISCUSSION...Sunny, warm, and dry conditions continue through
Wednesday. Increasingly northerly flow will bring drier air to
the burn site Tuesday with poor daytime humidity retention.
Overnight humidity recoveries will be decent as weak onshore flow
returns. A nearly mixed out marine layer will prevent overcast low
level clouds from reaching the burn site Tuesday night into
Wednesday but the development of a few low level clouds is
possible. By Wednesday, fair daytime humidity retention returns as
winds become more southerly. Probabilistic guidance suggests
maximum gusts between 15 to 20 mph are the most likely scenario
Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons with increasing likelihood of
gusts greater than 15 mph developing after 4PM.
