.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will remain
centered to the W of the waters through Mon. A coastal trough
will develop over the central and S coast today, persist through
Mon night, then shift over the N and central coast Tue through
Fri night. A cold front will cross the N and central waters
tonight and Mon before high pressure builds across the N and
central areas later Mon and Mon night. A cold front will reach
the northern waters late Tue then become stationary while
dissipating. High pressure will build W of the waters Wed and
persist into Fri night.
