.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will remain
centered to the W of the waters through Mon night. A coastal
trough along the N and central California coast will gradually
weaken today, and redevelop further S over the central and S
coast tonight and Sun then persist through Mon. The coastal
trough redevelops over the N and central coast Tue and Tue night
and persists into Wed night. A cold front will cross the N and
central waters Sun night into Mon before high pressure builds
across the N and central areas later Mon and Mon night and
remains over and W and NW of this region through Wed night while
strengthening. A radiofax outage at Cambria has resulted in
limited or no radiofax transmissions. Technicians have been
notified. We apologize for the inconvenience.
