.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will move S across
the N and central waters today, then dissipate over the S waters
tonight. High pressure will remain centered to the west today
through Sun night. The high pressure will then weaken and retreat
W Mon and Mon night. A cold front will move into the N waters Mon
night into Tue, then dissipate before reaching the N waters. High
pressure will build E towards the coast Tue into Tue night.
