...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Cheatham, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery and
  Stewart.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,
  mainly for locations not in the Flash Flood Warning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 311 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Waverly, Camden, Dover, Erin, New Johnsonville, McEwen,
    Tennessee Ridge, Charlotte, Vanleer, Cumberland City,
    Slayden, Palmyra, Indian Mound, Cunningham, Woodlawn, Houston
    County Airport and Cheatham Dam.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
