...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL UNION AND WEST
CENTRAL WALLOWA COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM PDT...

At 413 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northeast of Cove, or 18 miles west of Enterprise, moving north
at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Wallowa and Lostine.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
this storm passes.
