This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

There is a Marginal risk, level 1 of 5, of severe storms today into
tonight. Isolated storms are possible this afternoon, then a broken
line of storms may cross the area late this afternoon through this
evening. Some storms may be severe, with a primary threat of damaging
straight line winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

There is a Marginal risk, level 1 of 5, of severe storms Monday.
Scattered to numerous showers and storms are possible, with the
greatest threats in the mid morning and again from late afternoon
through the evening. Some storms may be severe, with damaging
straight line winds and hail as the primary threats.

Spotter activation may be needed later today and again Monday.
