.DISCUSSION...

* Light and variable winds are anticipated in the morning on
  Thursday underneath sunny skies before winds and cloud cover
  increase a bit by the afternoon hours.

* With cloud cover increasing in the area, there is slight chance
  (~10%) for an isolated light shower or two within the region
  during the late afternoon and evening hours on Thursday.

* Forecast models currently show chances (10-20%) for afternoon
  and evening showers and thunderstorms beginning on Friday and
  Memorial Day while they have backed off on precipitation chances
  over the holiday weekend.
