* At 144 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Ironton,
  moving east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ashland, Ironton, Coal Grove, Proctorville, Lake Vesuvius, Ona,
  Flatwoods, Russell, Raceland, Worthington, Wurtland, Bellefonte,
  Aid, Westwood, Crown City, Athalia, Hanging Rock, Scottown, Green
  Bottom, and Pedro.

This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 21
and 22.
