.DISCUSSION...
Today will be the driest day of the week (minimum RH values below
50 percent) across Four State Region fire districts due to light
easterly winds. The frontal boundary responsible for the drier
conditions will gradually shift back north as a warm front by the
end of the week, maintaining daily chances of precipitation (and
minimum RH values remain above 50 percent in most areas). /16/
