...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN CASS AND SOUTHEASTERN
BOWIE COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM CDT...

At 438 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles east of Naples, or 18 miles south of New Boston, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hooks, Redwater, Maud, Douglassville, Marietta, Domino, and Bryans
Mill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 500 PM CDT for
northeastern Texas.
