Northeastern Tom Green County in west central Texas... * Until 700 PM CDT. * At 457 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen near Water Valley and Carlsbad and this storm is heading into San Angelo. San Angelo is included with this warning Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
