Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* IMPACTS...At 135.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. Langdale Park
floods.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 136.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:30 AM EDT Thursday was 137.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue falling to 131.4 feet Tuesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 135.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
136.3 feet on 03/29/1993.
