* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  South central Shawnee County in east central Kansas...
  Southeastern Wabaunsee County in east central Kansas...
  Northwestern Osage County in east central Kansas...
  Northeastern Lyon County in east central Kansas...

* Until 1245 AM CDT.

* At 1209 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles west of
  Harveyville, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Eskridge, Auburn, Burlingame, Scranton, Harveyville, Allen, and
  Admire.

This includes Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 148 and 167.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for east central
Kansas. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until 500 AM CDT for
east central Kansas.
