...GUSTY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL SAN
JUAN AND CENTRAL GRAND COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM MDT...

At 303 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking showers with embedded
thunderstorms and virga producing very gusty winds along a line
extending from 25 miles northeast of Green River to 15 miles
northwest of Moab to near Canyonlands National Park. Movement was
northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Moab, Castle Valley, Spanish Valley, Arches National Park, Cisco, and
Dead Horse Point State Park.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 in Utah between mile markers 184 and 223.
 U.S. Highway 191 in Utah between mile markers 113 and 146.
 Utah 128 between mile markers 0 and 44.
 Utah 279 between mile markers 0 and 15.
 Utah 313 between mile markers 0 and 8, and between mile markers 16
and 22.
