The southeast winds will peak around mid-day, then decrease some by mid-afternoon. Otherwise, seasonable temperatures and humidity are expected, with good dispersion values starting as soon as the wind picks up. Late tonight, patchy fog is expected. The seabreeze on Friday will have a more gradual arrival from the southwest. .TODAY...
