* At 1137 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 13 nm
  southeast of Riviera Beach to 59 nm east of Laguna Madre to 37 nm
  south of East Breaks 228, moving southeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small
           hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
Wind gusts 34 knots or greater, small hail, high waves, dangerous
lightning, and heavy rain are possible with these storms.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or the National Weather
Service.
