* At 202 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Ingleside, or
  near Portland, moving northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Portland, Rockport, Port Aransas, Lamar, Ingleside, Aransas Pass,
