...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT FORD...WESTERN KIOWA...HODGEMAN
AND SOUTHWESTERN EDWARDS COUNTIES THROUGH 615 AM CDT...

At 529 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles northeast of Kalvesta to near
Kingsdown. Movement was north at 125 mph.

HAZARD...Half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Dodge City, Ford, Wright, and Ft. Dodge around 535 AM CDT.
  Jetmore around 545 AM CDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
